During the summer of his 19th year, Charlie Hall doesn't know if he will be able to get back on a wakeboard. While he wants to escape the source of his anxieties by going to Chambly to visit his cousin Noah, he meets Juliette, a young employee at the local marina. Chemistry sparks and the two young people develop a unique relationship that only has the fear of their ambitions as obstacles.
