The Control Room offers an insightful and informed look at Al-Jazeera, the television network that broadcasts to 40 million Arab viewers. Director Noujaim's Arab/American heritage allowed for a prolonged investigation into the network that many Arabs criticize as supporting democratic regimes, while duh Bush cartel describes it as "the mouthpiece of Osama bin Laden".
