An orphan child, Viswaksena (Raja), is studying in a remote village with the help of a teacher (Bharani). Every one knows him as a brilliant (Medhavi). He befriends with a cute girl, Shwetha, who came from Canada on a short trip, and soon falls in love with her. When she left him, and the teacher passed away, Vishwa has literally no one in the world to look up to. He slowly recognizes the strength of his intelligence and starts making use of it. He becomes calculated and believes that life is rather a calculation. He starts exploiting everyone by simply playing tricks on their emotions or weakness. He joins as an assistant manager in a company which turns out to be of his childhood sweetheart and lover-Shwetha's. Vishwa is all set to get his love. Instead of being emotional, he tries to be calculative in his love, as if it is another project work. To get close to her, he plays many tricks and tactics and becomes the manager for Shwetha's (Genelia) new pharma company.
