Sherry is an up-and-coming singer-songwriter whose star is on the rise because of a breakout radio hit. After recognizing her face on a record sleeve, Owen, a leading Hollywood rock journalist journeys back to his hometown to interview her. Upon his arrival, it quickly becomes clear that he has returned for more than a story -- he's returned for more than a story -- he's returned to confront the painful truth about the part he played in an unspeakable act of violence and betrayal.
