What a brilliant story. This is Bays best movie by far. There are weak links, starting in the middle right until the end. Even a bit too predicatable weak links. But weak links in the story seem to follow Michael Bay movies. Two words people, that stinker, Pearl Harbor. This starts of suspenseful as you figure out what is going on right along with the people on the screen. Then it turns into an action movie sprinkled with your usual good portion of wit and humour. Some great acting makes the movie, especially given some tough roles to play. Scarletts acting flows from a glowing blissful ignorance, [...] to strong survivalist. Mcgregor ends up doing his own three characters. Buescmi the all time great supporting actor. Obviously Michael Bay knew this from Armageddon..
