A young woman from the East Coast visits Los Angeles in hopes to find answers revolving around the murder of her father and stepmother by her brother, who is blind. While exploring the city, she disturbs the spirit of Elizabeth Short, known in legend as THE BLACK DAHLIA - which has seemingly risen to wreak havoc on the descendants of her killer.
