Not a bad first writing and directing attempt. Especially when anyone can make a B horror movie following the same old dumb plots. This is creative, other than a bit of following the brilliance of Se7en. But, this antagonist was missing something that didn't make him quite believable for me. I don't know, too much work in setting up his victims, it just didn't quite work. Acting problems? I guess it comes with writing yourself a part in a movie. So if you are looking for a horror movie trying to be different, give this movie a shot. If you just want your standard, boring plotless one that relies on loud bumps to make you jump, try something else.
