Oblivion

I really enjoyed this Sci-Fi movie, that is not as action-packed as we've been getting lately from Hollywood. It's a very good plot that can only get complicated if you are not paying attention. Tom Cruise is definitely getting better as an actor, or perhaps it's just that his role fits him perfectly. Like Arnold was perfect for the Terminator. However, Cruise is not the typical killing machine we are accustomed to see today, which is another positive factor. You don't see all those endless, impossible stunts. This is a well thought-out and satisfying movie, where the pieces come together slowly. It's as realistic as this genre would allow it to be. Of course, there is good action as well, and fantastic special effects. Sci-Fi at its best.
