Jurassic World

Ok here is my review. The only reason I believe this movie was good is because of Chris Pratt. I think his acting skills took all the place in the movie since all the other actors were trying hard to fit in. Chris was confy and did his job perfectly. The other actors were boring. The kids (specifically the Justin Bieber look-alike) were boring. I mean, The movie producer only hired him to attack girls I guess since he kinda looks like Justin Bieber somewhat. But he was awful in his role. Would never hire him again. His little brother, was not bad, but not enough convincing when he was scared when he was trapped in the car with his brother. I prefer the acting of the little girl in Jurassic Park 1 when she screamed and was horrified... THAT was convincing. As for the Admin woman, Clair, she looks like a plastic bag with a cell phone. Her acting was good though... but... at some part, I just wanted her to be eaten or something. The storyline was not bad.  Spoiler alert - click to reveal textI love the idea of being able to bond with the velociraptors. That was a smart move. Looked and felt credible. The plot was ok as well... but "deja vu". Everything looks fine at start, then after, things get ugly. The SWAT team was a pure joke. They look like military zoo fighters or something... no strategy, no leading, just go there, and die.  Spoiler alert - click to reveal textBut I like the part where they all got killed. It was well done. I also love the idea of the genetic modified T-REX sorta. The background and story behind his genetic was intriguing and well though of. The CGI was so so. Not sure why, but the CGI from jurassic park 1 was way better... now, everything looks so... plastic. I didn't go to the 3D. Maybe it looked better in 3D. Who knows. But they did made real-made live dinosaur close up screening at certain place which was kinda good. Look credible. So in general, I give it a 7.5 JUST because Chris Pratt was good. Trust me, without him, this Jurassic World episode would of been garbage. Cheers.
