Jin yi wei

As the Ming Dynasty winds down, it is lead by an incompetent emperor and controlled by corruption. A secret police force, the Jinyiwei, protects the dynasty. The Jinyiwei is tasked with ensuring peace in the land, and their powers are limitless. When a favored agent is asked to retrieve a box containing evidence of a possible rebellion, he discovers that he has been betrayed by one of the leaders of the Jinyiwei. He finds himself hunted and forced to escape his own colleagues, while trying to prevent a revolution that endangers the very peace of the kingdom and depose the emperor he is sworn to protect. It is high stakes, thrills, intrigue and elaborate Kung Fu fight scenes as this movie reaches it climatic finale.
