Ted Neely makes a great Christ figure in Norman Jewison's adaptation of the great Broadway play. How avant-garde to have Judas played by a man of colour though in 2016, I don't know how well the choice would go down. The Webber score is great though the piece seems a bit dated by peculiar 1970's elements. It's what naturally happens as years go by!
