Jake Lassiter: Justice on the Bayou

Gerald McRaney stars as Jake Lassiter, a colorful ex-football player turned top defense attorney who is hired to defend Dr. Roger Salisbury, a surgeon charged with malpractice in the mysterious death of a wealthy patient, Phillip Corrigan. But Lassiter begins to question his client's innocence when the dead man's daughter provides him with some incriminating evidence about the doctor and her sexy stepmother. With the help of a former colleague (Robert Loggia), Lassiter searches to unravel this mysterious tale against the backdrop of the steamy illicit New Orleans landscape.
