    Dinner at Eight

A masterpiece of a film from George Cukor and MGM that used some of the biggest stars of the day to tell this story that is both dramatic and comic. The contrast alone between Coburg, Ontario born Marie Dressler and Jean Harlow make the film invaluable. Billie Burke's dizziness in the film is intoxicating. The script is absolutely precious with some great lines you will never forget. Wallace Beery is the man you love to hate during most of the film.
