THIS IS IT! That's all I have to say. All year i've been waiting for an action film and this is it! This movie has everything, violence, edge of your seat action, a little humour, and who can forget 300 HALF NAKED MEN?!! LADIES n MEN, what more could one ask for in a movie?

I thought it was great. Visually it's amazing, and I love the filming techniques they use. Besides that, it's just pure awesome action! Can't go wrong.

An insult to any intelligent movie goer - silly repetitive violence and inane plot. A real disappointment.

Good action... A must see at the theaters!

The movie is not like Gladiator. You can tell that it is done on blue screen at times. People seem to rate it highly, more because of the story, rather than the picture itself. I did like it but it could have been done much, much, better. I think anyone that sees it will enjoy it.

Plenty of fighting, good storyline, great actions scenes, I knew of this movie from watching the last samurai when he talked about 300 men holding off a persian army so I thought to give it a try and I loved it. The end of the movie was ultimately the best.

Best movie I've ever seen. If anyone hasn't seen it, and is contemplating... Go see this movie. It'll be well worth whatever you pay to see it.

Worst movie ever!!! Like honestly giant elephants out of the middle of nowhere seriously, there was no story and it was very lame! The gore was stupid- all of a sudden there is a head flying in the air in slow motion... Terrible, wouldn't watch it again if my life depended on it!

Best plot, best performance just the best ever. Perfect 10/10.

Exquisite cinematography. A visual feast. A brilliantly told story based on a comic book about 300 spartans who fought for their home and people. This is also one of few movies where females are portrayed as strong and intelligent women.

A very nice movie, perfect graphic works and a large emphasis on honor and... Love! The king reveals the concept of a hero and reaches heights of abnegation and self sacrifice. A movie you have to see for the graphics and the immense sensitivity. Worth every penny!

I have seen alot of movies, and this one BY FAR was the greatest of them all. It had everything, the SFX, the battlescenes, the acting, the blood... The people who put it down are just jealous because thy could never create such a masterpiece.

I am absolutely in aw. The story is very well told, the graphics are amazing, the special effects are good, the fighting choreography, especially with the sword made me want to take up my sword handling classes again and left me total admiration. It is definitely a must see.

AMAZING the metaphors are real. I would consider myself ignorant when it comes to Greek history, this story gives an insight as to how things were conceived. Beautiful story line of love and integrity.

I liked the gruesome battles... Some corny parts, but they did a good job w/ the makeup & fx to make the warriors look like they been working out with Bowflex since birth.

Disliked the slo-mo and the over exaggeration. Too predictable. However the historical and mythological content was very appealing.

GREAT movie!! This movie was filled with spectacular visual effects, and filled with tons of action. If you liked gladiator or troy, you will love this one!!

This was a movie that was worth every penny. It had extreme violence, plenty of blood/gore, a little humour and nudity. What else can a movie have? Althought this was a great movie, I give it a 9/10 because it was missing something, I'm not so sure what that is but it made the movie kinda long which made me think " When is gonna end? ". Just to say, if you are expecting a masterpiece, this movie might disappoint you, but still a good movie, not to miss.

Simply amazing. I will go see it again very soon. I'm Speechless. Beautiful graphic work, incredible scenes. I was glued to my chair for the whole movie. Animation is extraordinary.

Amazing movie, great action. It deserves the rating it was given so please leave the preteens at home (or if your a bit squeamish you should probably skip out) Really fast paced and visually stunning movie. Check this out.

I wish there was a zero rating. Worst movie I've ever seen. If you like :- senseless gore, - NO story line, - extreme historical inaccuracies, - a "villain" that isn't even close to historical records and has a cheesy digitized voice, - brutally cheesy "motivational lines" from Leonidas to his troops, - soldiers that should be spokespersons for Gatorade (they fight day and night with no fatigue), - other movie character appearances ("Foxy Cleopatra" dances for Xerxes," Quasi Moto" betrays Sparta," Legolas/Gimli" keep score of their kills in battle) - overuse of computer generated graphics, - a lobster-man executioner, - guys who fight gory battles but have NO BLOOD on them ever, - the list of horrid traits goes on and on. Things I learned from 300 :- Greece is cold (excessive erect nipples) - Greek men have no body hair (except the dude [...]) - Ancient Greece & Persia had high numbers of birth defects (see Quasi Moto, the giant in the fight, Lobster Man executioner, [...] etc.) WORST MOVIE EVER!!! Appeals to teens who are looking for violent jolts and no story with disregard for the ACTUAL historical Battle of Thermophylae.

Excellent movie... The plot is as simple as it can be, but you don't care about it when you're watching the movie. 90 minutes full of the good braveheart scenes. You have to like the style and the violence of these battles of course, to like that kind of movie.

Loved it! The photographie is amazing and the FX even better. This movie was made in Montreal.

This was an awesome movie and I was kind of sorry that I didn't go and see it when it first came out. Talked to a few people nearby and they have gone to see it 3 or 4 times so this is finally one of the better movies of 2007!

Simply awesome for anybody who enjoyed Troy The Gladiator and such.

This was an amazing movie... The story was ok but it was amazing because of the way it was filmed. Dont get me wrong, the theme behind it was very heroic but overall I would see it again because of the way it was filmed... Good movie, go see it.

Incredible! This is a movie with a great story, excellent script and amazing special effects. It was really well made and as you thought you've seen the best, there is always more to see. I loved the slow motion you can actually see something not like some movies.

Good movie. Great fighting scenes. Story like could have been a bit better though, seemed too simple. If action and gore is your cup of tea, then this movie is worth checking out. Not a very good movie for a date though.
