Finally, a summer blockbuster that isn't disappointing! There is lots and lots of action, that will please and thrill both the original Transformer followers, as well as those who don't even know who Optimus Prime is! Fortunately, the movie isn't just full of mindless special fx, there actually is a decent plot (for this type of movie), and actual character development for both humans and 'Bots/'Cons. There are even some comical scenes which make the Autobots seem more 'human' that some humans in the movie (including an amusing scene between BB and an agent) There are some minor things that happen, and aren't explained, but that is the case of almost any block-buster, nothing is ever completely seamless. All in all, it's nice to see a movie that lives up to the hype once and a while, and this is one of them.
