I really don't know why someone gave this movie a two. Ok obviously it was a girl, 'cause any guy looking at the movie would have given a 5 just for having seen Lindsay for a full 1h30! The fact is that Lindsay looks at her prime in this movie (aka before she decided to drop a few pounds! ) and really beautifull. The movie itself is an akward mix of a few things that works surprisingly well. You obviously have th love interest which happens to be a teenage mechanic that knew Lindsay from childhood. You have the comedy with Matt dillion acting as the arrogant Nascar champion driver that is being beaten by a '63 bug! You have herbie, a character that creates a number of funny moments that keep you laughing, and then you have that unexpected cheer for the underdog, that rocky, feel-good type of antic that makes you want to say "Yeah" when she finally makes it! Ok, it isn't realistic, but who cares, its good fun for the whole family to enjoy. Go see it again and again!
