It was enjoyable/fun and pretty good all in all. Worth seeing if you have the time.

A cute kids movie. Didn't catch it in 3D but it looked like there may have been a few good scenes where that would have worked. Probably better for mid aged kids 7-10ish. Older kids might be a bit bored with it. Adults? I could take it or leave it.

All deja-vu sadly - a story about 2 brothers (1 adventure hero and 1 smart engineer) who will live an adventure together and learn from each other.
| 5/10 | frederichamra@ - 45 reviews 12.5.2013 - age: 36-49 |
Great movie for kids! My almost five year old sat still throughout the whole movie. Enough funny moments throughout so kids don't lose interest. Some content is too advanced for kids so it is great for adults who take their kids. This was my first 3D and though that was cool. Not sure I would see it on my own without kids though.

My daughters (8 and 10) enjoyed this much more than me. Not my favorite animated movie but still enjoyable. Would've preferred to wait for it on DVD than spend the movie at the theatre though.

Cute, witty, colorful and entertaining for kids and adults too!
| 7/10 | skjpccsmc@ - 4 reviews 28.3.2013 - age: 36-49 |
Typical kids movie. It's definitely not a classic. I was bored for most of it. Some funny lines, but the storyline was lackluster.

Cool movie, but could have been better. Me and my friends had a good laugh but adults wouldn't like it.
| 9/10 | hunterkomay@ - first review 27.3.2013 - age: 1-12 |
Great for a kids movie but definitely does not have the added adult humor that most children movies have these days.
| 6/10 | mjg@ - 16 reviews 26.3.2013 - age: 36-49 |
An excellent flic for kids of all ages. My nephews and nieces enjoyed it immensely and so did I. It's not crazy violent like the other flics playing.

Amazing animation and Brendan Fraser is so cute I could put him in my pocket and feed him m&ms.
| 10/10 | klassenm@ - first review 15.3.2013 - age: 50+ |
Took the boys age 6 & 7 to watch it. They enjoyed it. It was better than expected. Non-stop action!
| 8/10 | kasha@ - first review 13.3.2013 - age: 36-49 |
A waist of time and money. I almost fell asleep during the first half. While the second half was more entertaining, just not worth it at all. My 12 year old hated it, my 5 year old seemed giggled a few times. I miss the films like Toy Story, Up, that really make you laugh and are worth the time and money. If you are really curious, I would wait until it comes out on netflicks-yes, it is that bad!
| 4/10 | mamamia@ - 23 reviews 12.3.2013 - age: 26-35 |
It was a good movie but it was a little dull and predictable that the aliens would get home safe.
| 7/10 | dina.janashyia@ - first review 11.3.2013 - age: 1-12 |
Took my son to see this expecting that it would be a 'been there, seen that' kind of thing (Mars Needs Moms, Monsters and Aliens...) but it was actually really good and not at all over-done. Liked it enough that I'll rent/buy it on dvd and watch it again with the kids.

From an adult's standpoint, a pretty average if colorful effort put out with a relatively low budget. While I certainly wouldn't put it in the class of products of studios such as Disney, Pixar or Dreamworks, it wasn't too bad. As for kids, well my 4 year old seemed to quite like it, if not love it. We went to the non-3D version in a local cheap theater and it was certainly worth it for my son. The story itself was simple and acceptable, but nothing special. I don't personally recall much in the way of laughs, but I was, at least, pulling for the good guys, and thought some of the story was moderately clever.

It is awesome. And I really want to see it in 3d.

Went to this movie with my granddaughter who is 6, we both loved it. It was really funny and exciting and had some good messages especially for young girls. Great creatures!

Very funny, nice story and message. Definitely a good movie to enjoy with the whole family.
| 9/10 | fvittini@ - first review 2.3.2013 - age: 26-35 |
Good movie and visually stunning, but no re-invention of the wheel with this one. Much better than Frankenweenie or Hotel Transylvania, but on par with Wreck it Ralph. Definitely zeroed in on the children demographic with not a lot left for the adults. Not worth the 3D price tag, but worth the money for a 2D film.
| 7/10 | zinjo00@ - 2 reviews 2.3.2013 - age: 36-49 |
It was okay. The kids would love the comedy, but the adults would think it's immature.

Nice movie for the kids. Story, as seen by the extraterrestrials, is an interesting concept and it shows young kids that we are probably not alone but that family remains family, no matter which species. The 3D is something I don't like, hopefully a trend that will fade.

This is a fantastic family movie both myself and my children enjoyed it. We laughed and it was well worth the extra money we paid to watch it in 3D. The special effects were amazing and it had a perfect cast of characters. This is a movie the whole family can enjoy and makes us adults feel young at heart again! This movie is a definite 8+
| 8/10 | kpmpr7@ - first review 1.3.2013 - age: 36-49 |
For kids. Really cute, my 5 year old loved it, laughed a lot. For adults it's ok but don't expect much so you won't be dissapointed. It's worth seeing with your kids.
| 7/10 | mferoyer@ - 14 reviews 27.2.2013 - age: 36-49 |
Cute and fun, some of the jokes we've seen but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
| 7/10 | violbiol@ - 178 reviews 27.2.2013 - age: 26-35 |
Only 1 word describes this movie... it SUCKED!!!
| 1/10 | brancor0528@ - first review 26.2.2013 - age: 13-17 |
Too obvious, nothing new, even the jokes were old. Laughed twice though. Kids aged 13, 11 and 8 thought it was okay. Saw in 3d. Not worth the extra $.
| 6/10 | brenda.gilstorf@ - 15 reviews 26.2.2013 - age: 50+ |
Took my 7 year old son to it and he kept asking me if it was over. I didn't think it was as funny as I thought it would be and apparently neither did he. But still a good animation!
| 6/10 | leah@ - 3 reviews 24.2.2013 - age: 26-35 |
Good animation, decent script, reasonable voice work and as usual 3-D falls flat. An enjoyable movie falls short of being great. Can't say why but it does.
| 7/10 | a7a68909@ - 30 reviews 24.2.2013 - age: 50+ |
Of course my 6 year old liked this movie, but she didn't love it. At the end she said "it was pretty good but Monsters Inc. was better". Great animation, weak story, good enough to kill a couple of hours on a wet/cold day.
| 6/10 | chukzito@ - 17 reviews 24.2.2013 - age: 36-49 |
I love it. I tell all my friends and family about it. I will see it again lllooovvveee.
| 9/10 | sharon_fisher01@ - first review 24.2.2013 - age: 13-17 |
This is filled with a lot of corn-ball jokes and slapstick. No story whatsoever. This is a bad one.
| 3/10 | serious123456@ - 18 reviews 24.2.2013 - age: 36-49 |
My 8 yr old son gave it a solid 9 for team work storyline. I found it well done.
| 9/10 | coffeebreak72@ - 27 reviews 23.2.2013 - age: 36-49 |
Okay I went to this movie and I loved it. Loved the voice casting in this movie and the story itself would see it again.
| 8/10 | deejaydjs@ - 19 reviews 23.2.2013 - age: 26-35 |
This movie was awesome and funny, I liked the characters and colors were great, I wish all kids and adults to go see this movie with your little ones.
| 10/10 | natalie.boucher1@ - 3 reviews 21.2.2013 - age: 18-25 |
This movie was a disappointment. No story, weak humour, and not a single memorable moment or character. Totally contrived. A waste of 2 hours.
| 2/10 | ronhronh@ - 3 reviews 21.2.2013 - age: 50+ |
I am big on the animated movies. Love the humour. This is missing humour and everything else. If you must watch it wait for the DVD release and rent it. Even the kids didn't like it.
