Sean Penn is so ridiculously awesome in this movie. Totally puts him on the Hollywood map for life. The movie is still really good even today because it totally reconstructs school life mixed with work. Puts American Pie to shame. I will say that it is one of the most overrated movies of all time. It's good, but it's not the great gripping movie some make it out to be. That being said, the Phoebe Cates scenes will serve me well if ever I'm on a desert island. She's just ridiculously attractive in this movie.
