Tony looks more human in this movie and finally we see another side of Pepper (the strong one) I really like the character of Guy Pearce and even prefer the nasty team to Iron Man himself.

I'm a big fan of Marvel Comics. I was excited to see the first Iron Man and left feeling the movie was just okay. The second film, I felt the movie was bad in many ways and swore off the Iron Man movie franchise. However, my friend bought tickets last night and I went with her with no expectations. I found myself absolutely glued to every piece of the movie. I really enjoyed it and wished the other two previous Iron Man films had left me wanting for me like this one did. I'm happy to say that one should go and see this, but I will say, perhaps not having any expectations was the right move. Well done Robert Downey Jr. and thanks to Gwyneth Paltrow for not annoying me in this film, like she annoyed me in the last two. Ben Kingsley, an absolute treat. Guy Pierce, well I definitely love your acting. Go see the film, it's worth it!

This movie is awesome! Robert Downey Jr is so good in this role, he is Tony Stark.
| 10/10 | mystirio@ - 3 reviews 22.5.2013 - age: 36-49 |
It was good. Interesting storyline but could have been tighter. Unfortunately the 3D was nothing special. Stay till the very end of the credits for a last giggle x)

I like Iron Man movies, also this one. But the story was not that great, so many things just did not make sense at all.

Iron Man 3 is a definite must see movie if you are into Marvel Comics. With a 200 million budget, you would expect the actors to go to acting school. If it wasn't for modern day technology, IT, graphic designers, and computer animators, this movie would be a bust. The plot is weak, the punch lines are above average, the story line is relatively incomplete, but the scenes are great and will keep you on your seat for the duration of the movie. Overall, I would recommend you see this movie, but not add to any type of collection series.

Poorly thought out plot, poor character development. It effectively kills the franchise. Too bad. We discussed it as a good lesson on how to really blow a golden opportunity.

Very nicely done have seen this movie 3 times with different people all have thought it [was] fun and full of events that are action packed.

What a brilliant popcorn flick. I really enjoyed the first Iron Man, and the second was kind of okay. Both had Robert Downey Junior holding down the fort with his great performance. Installment three though gives him the same fun, but the basic premise of rescuing his beloved along with the world makes it all the more exciting. Action sequences were tons and tons of fun, and the little kid with a smart mouth was good too. Ben Kingsley as the villain with the twist was amazing too. Yes, parts of it are clichéd and done before, but if you're willing to be transported back to childhood, you'll enjoy it as much as I did. The only downer for me was the post-credit sequence: after sitting through 10 minutes of names, what a boring waste.

It was awesome. I love the way it was formed and the detail.

Nothing special about this movie its an ok plot but I was disappointed not enough action from Iron Man.
| 5/10 | speedking5000@ - 7 reviews 20.5.2013 - age: 26-35 |
Great entertainment for all age groups. The story-line is excellent and is so involving. Whereas the plot at one point is predictable, it makes good viewing because of the action therein. A must see indeed. Imax view is even better.

Ehhh. Whatever. No big deal! Acting was okay, there was just something missing... not worth seeing in 3D. I prfer the first and teh 2nd. This one is definitely not as good as the other two.
| 6/10 | mamamia@ - 22 reviews 20.5.2013 - age: 26-35 |
A lot of nothing! A story that sucks and a repetition of the same effects. A loss of time and money. I expected something better than that.

If you are a Marvel fan, you cannot miss this movie! If you are a movie fan, you must not miss this movie. If you are a fan of breathing air, you will get something out of this movie!! I thought, although Robert Downey Jr. is the best actor of the bunch, that Iron Man is the least interesting of the Avengers. I stand corrected! This movie had it all! Action, adventure, comedy, drama, sci-fi... GREAT film!!

I wasn't sure to go see Iron Man 3 , for I was disappointed in Iron Man 2 but to my surprise it was much better and lot more action and lots of special effects.

This was a total waste of time. I wonder... what was I thinking? I took my son and long before the end of the movie, we promised that we would never go to another one, ever again. Please no more sequels.

Movies are meant to entertain you. How do we entertain ourselves. Entertainment to the human mind makes time move quickly. This movie makes it move faster.

It's a really good movie. There a lot of action and the story is good.
| 10/10 | benoitgagnon110@ - first review 19.5.2013 - age: 13-17 |
It was fine, but I honestly expected more. Some plot points were glanced over, or just poorly explained. Balance between humor and drama was a bit lopsided, but not enough to seriously harm the movie. Acting was overall pretty good, Robert Downey Jr. is an excellent Iron Man. The villain however was overall pretty weak, and left a lot of room for improvement. Action scenes were fun, and the humor was largely effective, but unfortunately, the good characters fell victim to a so-so plot. Not a bad flick overall, but definitely could've been better.

Like this movie... better than iron man 1 or 2.
| 8/10 | trisha.1999@ - first review 18.5.2013 - age: 13-17 |
Slow start made it harder to get into the film right away. The plot lacks lustre re twist of the 'evil mandarin'... this one's kinda ho-hum when compared to the 1st 2 Iron Man films.

This movie is pretty good! But I like the first iron man more than the other ones.

The kids, husband and I went to see the movie. It does not disappoint. Don't leave before the credits finishing rolling. There is a little extra something at the end.

The funniest of all 3. RDJ is Tony Stark. No questions. Nothing else to say here except I'm judging you hard if you haven't seen it yet!

| 10/10 | littlemusicfan@ - first review 17.5.2013 - age: 1-12 |
Interesting script, the new characters were nice and a much better movie than Iron Man 2. The motivation for the evil side was a bit thin though.

That would be a good movie to watch on tv a Sunday night if you can't sleep... Definitely the weakest Iron Man.

Awesome movie. I really loved the first two. This one has a lot of comedy in it, which I like. A must watch for superhero fans.
| 9/10 | rainemiller13@ - 2 reviews 16.5.2013 - age: 1-12 |
This movie is not worth the movie theater experience. This movie was good enough but a lot of disappointments. It seemed to me it was a forced movie to make more money. A lot of unlikely scenarios and useless scenes. Could of expanded on so many more interesting an fascinating aspects other than useless non-story moving scenes.

I saw it three times and love it! I loved the human side of this movie. Tony Stark realizing how he was in the past and changing attitude being more considerate about all Pepper, his fans and who ever get involved with. Pepper, Maya even the president they had a human moment that I didn't see in the other Iron Man's. The twist of Mandarin is bringing up the idea that the real enemy is not from any country out there but from within! All terrorists are controlled and merely actors! I love this part more than the other two and this is my opinion.

Whether you are a Marvel fan or not... Iron Man 3 will 'knock your socks off'! Absolutely great entertainment, special effects and suspense!!! RDJ and GP work so well together on the silver screen!! Be sure to stay beyond the credits as there is a nice, little 'fun' piece at the very end! Thank you, yet again, Hollywood, Marvel and Stan Lee!!! Simply SENSATIONAL!

I love the Iron Man series! Robert Downey Jr did great in this movie, he just played a softer more weak version of Iron Man. I thought it was still a very good performance! A lot of humour, action! Worth seeing!

Completely the Best so far! With a twist with the Mandarin and we finally see Tony Stark suffer in all ways possible, and he still gets back up! WOW.

So that was the Mandarin? Really? Isn't he suppose to be one of Ironman's greatest enemies? That part was disappointing.
