Admittedly this story steps somewhat lightly on the subject of racism but is benefitted by the powerful acting. Great jobs by Viola Davis (as usual), Jessica Chastain, Octavia Spencer, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Sissy Spacek. This movie touches your heart and makes you think!
