There are so many fine elements to this action/suspense movie. The performances by all actors was excellent and I would attribute this to the director. The sound track was absolutely perfect and fresh. The music or lack thereof enhanced most scenes throughout the movie, without being obtrusive. There were some innovative techniques to the assorted chase scenes. At one point the camera was actually swirling around the lead character as she was escaping during one scene. A terrific effect that I have never seen before. The main story is straight forward but is enhanced by other side stories. The innocence of Hannah is well portrayed throughout the movie as she seeks to find herself, while being pursued relentlessly by the bad guys. Additionally along with the main storyline there are several tributaries. We catch a glimpse of local culture in the various settings. One scene in particular reminded me of the scene in the Titanic when DiCaprio took the girl down to the bowels of the ship to enjoy the Irish culture. It had nothing to do with the main storyline but was a "moment" that we all enjoyed. In this movie the bad guys were really bad... the violence was, for the most part, subtle but intense. All the loose ends are tied up... and I am sure there will be a sequel... Hannah garners the sympathy of the audience... Those baby-blue eyes are so pure...
