After reading the low rating comments, I was double minded about seeing this movie. But I went because of Clint Eastwood's reputation as a director. I am glad I did. The movie was superb. It pulled me in. Made me contemplate. It made me cheer. It brought tears to my eyes several times. I never felt bored or that the movie was dragging. The characters and plot was woven well and the closing was good. Of course, to fully appreciate this movie you have to believe/understand the concept of Hereafter. I would like to see this movie again with my family. Looking forward to the next Eastwood masterpiece.
