I am not huge on these types of feel-good films, but I will have to say that I did enjoy this film. Beyond the story (slightly hollywood-ified) of Julia Child was watching her pass the span of time that her love for cooking grew was very interesting. I can also appreciate Julie's frustrations with trying to make certain complicated dishes. The one aspect of this film that annoyed me (and I really I am being anal about) is people talking with their mouth full. The sound of it disgusts me and so it kind of drove me nuts at a couple parts.
