Sean Penn reminds me once again of why he is one of the very best actors of our time. His riveting performance in the title role kept me glued to the big screen from beginning to end. Hopefully the film script is historically correct since the story is now etched in my mind as the way it in fact was, a serious chapter in gay and of course American history.
