What a heartwarming movie. As I have a son who is about the age of Billy and loves to dance, it was very close to my heart. The kid gave a wonderful performance so did the dance teacher. One detail worth mentioning... two violent scenes (when the father strikes the older brother and when the horse goes over the body of a demonstrator) are not too graphic and overpowering, so it went well. I cannot stand violence nor blood, but the direction was so good that it did not linger on and left its imprint in a very subtle way. A funny scene is when the little girl walks by the policemen and "brushes" innocently her woodden stick against their shields without noticing.
