I can't fathom that someone is thinking of remaking this film. Why? It's perfect, in every way. Oh, perhaps not 100% politically correct, but remember it was made in 1971 and move on. If you have never experienced this film, please, do so. And read the book by Roald Dahl. For all ages. Wonderful values and lessons.
