This series was to me the most popular with June Lockhart being a mother of Timmy. Could not miss the episodes and since then they made another Lassie but I enjoyed this one as Lassie was one who had saved people who went through all kinds of misery which made the whold series of Lassie to be considered a successful series to watch. You just want to know all the episodes as all were different and made it enjoyable to watch.
