If you enjoyed the last three X-Men movies, there's a good chance you'll like this one just as much... maybe more. Personally, this film surpassed all my expectations, and delivered in a huge way. There was hardly a flaw at all in this picture, except that the storyline could of been stretched out a bit more. Other than that, it's fantastic. This film shows us exactly how Logan becomes Wolverine and why. Throughout, there is an introduction to other X-Men characters with extraordinary powers, but their time is limited... Wolverine seems to be the main focus, since this movie is really all about him. Also, I have to stress that the plot, direction, visuals. And special effects are to perfection. There are some incredible, awing battle scenes (especially with Gambit), but the film is not inundated with them. The director did a decent job at giving back story without letting it get too far into any kind of "best drama award" category. Aside from that, I think the main highlight of the movie is the superb, solid acting. Hugh Jackman, is without a doubt amazing as Wolverine just like he was in the previous X-Men movies. Ryan Reynolds did an outstanding performance too for the very short role he played. Liev Schreiber as Victor Creed was great as well, and he did a wonderful job pulling off the character. I think he really captured Sabertooth's ruthlessness and savagery. All the other actors in the movie were good too. Though despite what the critics say about this film and the way they're slamming it, they don't know what their talking about... I enjoyed this movie, and I'm not even a hard-core fan. Don't think just because you haven't read any X-Men comics or you aren't an expert on the subject, that you can't enjoy and appreciate this flick like anyone else. So please do yourself a favor and get out to see X-Men Origins: Wolverine now... you will be glad you did. Also, please remember to stay till after the credits... there's a bit more to follow.
