Well as far as Marvel movies go, this one certainly entertains until the very end. The old boys come back to shake things up in the past to meet their younger selves. Hugh Jackman is his usual self as Wolverine. The real stars to me were James McAvoy as young professor, Quicksilver who stole every scene he was in and of course Mystique. It was entertaining though to be honest I would have preferred a straight good guy vs bad guy battle to the end. I'm not sure this storyline was necessarily the best way to go. Peter Dinklage also was quite surprising as the mad scientist. In the beginning I didn't expect him to pull it off the way he did. Regardless, the movie delivers on every level you'd expect it to. I have to say that one of my biggest disappointments was that the movie was not available in IMAX which is my favorite medium for action movies. Why? Short budget? Lol. The 3D didn't really do anything for me in this particular instance and I watched it in UltraAVX. Well I hope we'll see more of the Marvel movies in IMAX because it's just the best scene in town.
