Watching a guy go through the process of forgiving his ex-wife and best friend for having an affair (instead of hacking them to bits like he should) is frustrating enough, but it was the single most ridiculous plot twist of all time which finally drove me out of the theatre early. I won't reveal the stupid twist, but I was insulted that a writer would throw something so weak at us after we've invested so much time into a story. Some strong performances, especially by Lukas Haas and Molly Parker, prevent me from rating this film any lower than I did.
