We're the Millers

I had the pleasure of seeing the advance screening of "We're The Millers" and really thought it was the best thing to come along in awhile. Not sure why the critics are bashing this film though, I thought it was pretty good. However, if you like slapstick, raunchy comedies, with off the wall situations, then this is definitely for you. With an engaging story line, there are a lot of good twists and turns throughout, and the laughs and gags are continuous and do deliver. The acting is great and refreshing. I liked the entire cast. The kid who plays Kenny is a hoot and Emma Roberts did a fine job, but out of all of them Jennifer Aniston & Jason Sudeikis were by far the funniest. They work well together and their on-screen chemistry is a given. I'm not surprised to hear they are good friends in real life. I thought Jennifer looked incredible in this movie, with her toned physique and soft smoky eyes. She is indeed a beautiful looking woman, very sexy too. As so many have said about this comedy from what I've heard, they're calling this the next generation of "National Lampoon's Vacation", and I can certainly make that comparison. So, if it doesn't make you bat an eyelash to sit through a movie that has frequent use of vulgar and detailed sexual language, then you should be just fine. I did wonder a little though, how necessary it was to show those few porno scenes with Kenny, but I think it was mainly for shock value. However, definitely not appropriate for kids 13 or under, so parents may want to reconsider. All in all, this excessive, side-splitting comedy is sure to entertain and is worth seeing. It might just crack you up. Hope they come out with a sequel.
