    The Second Mother

    Reviewed by

Quite a scathing look at the life of a housekeeper in Sao Paulo working for privileged Brazilians. When her daughter shows up, all hell seems to break loose. This is a story of a mother and daughter reunited after many years, but more it becomes a scathing remark on intrinsic class barriers that exist within this wealthy employer's home. Check out how life can be thrown into disarray with one, almost minor event. Class barriers exist almost everywhere.
