The Others

I absolutely loved this movie. I must say, I dislike horror movies but I had such a rush watching this one. Everyone compares it to The Sixth Sense. It is in the same horror category but, by no means, is it the same or better or worse. If you really want me to compare the two, fine, but I will only say this: I screamed much louder when I watched The Others. I am not going to give anything away. After seeing the movie, you will realize that they were very careful when they made the trailer and the teaser. They didn't give anything away and neither shall I. Since I couldn't help myself and just had to read reviews of this movie, I walked into the theater all paranoid and determined to GUESS the ending halfway through the movie just like some people said they did. I didn't succeed! Halfway through the movie, I had six or seven possible endings in mind and, might I add, none even came close to the real one. I have to say, I was surprised by the ending not only once but TWICE! (Inside comment: you must see the movie to understand.) If you want to yell your head off a few times, check out the sexy Nicole Kidman and blurt out "OH MY GOD! " a few times towards the end of the movie, The Others is for you. Take it from a harsh movie critic, The Others kicks butt!
