The material on which this not so 'golden oldie' feature is based is poor at best. It has almost no redeeming qualities. Miss Garbo again rises above the potboiler melodrama, this time as a Russian spy living in WW I Berlin who becomes involved with Austrian officer Conrad Nagel. Take a pass.
