I'm giving this flick an 8/10 if you like this genre. I had read the novella, and was pleasantly surprised by its adaptation. Frank Darabont did a smashing job bringing it to the big screen. There were plenty of thrills, plenty of humour, and what can I say about that ending... if you have read the novella, you don't know the ending, so don't worry. This movie isn't making much noise, and it's too bad. I find this flick much more satisfying than a Saw-type gore fest. Again, if you like this genre, don't miss it!
