The Dark Knight

It is almost impossible to argue that this movie did not accomplish what it set out to do. It has enough action for 4 movies! Each scene is super well done, even though they don't always flow together that well. The story lines intertwine ALOT, and it keeps you guessing. I even lost a couple of details here and there because it was all over the place (that's a bad thing) Also a few too many explosions for my tastes but there was actually depth if you were listening to the dialogue. Another niggle is the cell phone triangulation device with sonar and the lit up eyes was really dumb I thought. Besides all that, the Joker was totally sick and played incredibly well by Ledger. He was riveting like no other bad guy I can think of. This movie was a masterpiece in the action/superhero genre! Raised the bar by a lot if you ask me.
