Excellent cinema! Come Oscar night its name and actors will come up for sure! I was particularly impressed by Casey Affleck's role (Robert Ford) and by Brad Pitt (Jesse James) Both are Oscar worthy. Be forewarned, it's NOT an action movie, no great shoot ‘em up scenes, it's a western drama about the last chapter in Jesse James life. The pressure is palpable when Jesse is in a room with his 'friends'. He new the end was close and he trusted nobody. With a big reward on his head, dead or alive, whom can you trust? Now, was Robert Ford really a coward? Be your own judge and see the film, but in my view he wasn't. He feared Jesse and his only way out was... Jesse became a folk hero and Robert Ford a coward for killing a defenceless thug. Jesse James was a ruthless killer; he killed with guns and died by them. Ford may not be a hero but he certainly wasn't a coward. A MUST BE SEEN BY ANY SERIOUS MOVIE BUFF.
