The old 1938 The Adventures of Tom Sawyer is as amusing today as it was back in the day due mainly to a superlative cast with the likes of David Holt, wonderful Mae Robson, Walter Brennan, Victory Jory, Donald Meek and even Margaret Hamilton kicking up her heels about one thing or another. Her biggest moment would come the following year as the Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz... as she lives in immortality.
