Brad Bird and Pixar have done it again! These guys are working on a whole other level when it somes to animation. This is quite easily one of the funniest and most meaningful, heartwarming animated comedies ever. Not to mention a film that perfectly captures the people of France, the beauty of Paris, and the simple pleasure that can be had for creating something (in this case gourmet food)for others. This film at times feels like a foreign film because it is simple, yet powerful. Visually it does the seemingly impossible, perfectly blending photographic realism and still remaining "cartoony." An instant classic on any level, with huge laughs, unforgettable characters, and masterful storytelling. Best animated film this year, and definitely one of the best animated films ever. See it now!

Umm sure I liked the movie, but Brad Bird has only done 2 pixar movies this one and the incredibles. And I think the incredibles wasn't that good.

Sorry it took me so long to respond but I have been busy. I'm not here to criticize, insult, or belittle you. I appreciate your comment and wouldn't respond harshly because your simply stating your opinion and your entitled to it. I thought, however, that I would explain myself a little more clearly. I said that "Brad Bird and Pixar have done it again" because I was refering to their previous work. Pixar has a fantastic movie record, with "Toy Story" and "Finding Nemo," and yes, Brad Bird has only directed two Pixar movies," The Incredibles" and "Ratatouille," but before coming to Pixar he directed the classic "The Iron Giant." I hope that clears everything up and thank you again for you reply. (PS. To understand why I rated the "Incredibles" 10/10 feel free to read my review or it.)
