As always, Spike Lee does a good job of making the characters interesting both in terms of personalities and life experience, enabling us to connect and relate with them...understand their fight. Nice drama in everybody's life keeps us interested...However...I did think like I said that the story was nice and touching, although in the end, it became too predictable and too much of a "fairy tale all is good in the end story" (which ruined the film really in its credibility and therefore diminished the final impression you are left with)...
