Pleasantly surprised. The film avoids dealing with the implausible details of the plot by jumping right to the execution after a very brief set up. From there it's constant chaos. I actually liked it better than the previous installment because the action is not contained within the walls of a building. Gerard Butler and Aaron Eckhart reprise their roles and the acting is decent. The film entertained me and that's the basic threshold for movies. Anything else is most certainly a welcome bonus, but I don't need it every time.
