    La Sapienza

La Sapienza by Eugène Green is for starters a film of a man working on his artistic soul. In a marital crisis, in his lost creative conscience and his efforts to rehabilitate both the artistic soul this marriage, he and his wife leave on a trip for Italy. NO MORE BE SAID but they meet a younger couple which will have consequences. The soul-searching drama might be real enough, but I am a bit tired of artists who are suffering due to a loss or damage of artistic integrity.
