Seems like I am giving a lot of 6's lately, and here is another one. This movie let me down. I know a lot of people will be turned on by the whole concept of "jumping", and it is what drew me to seeing this movie in the first place. BUT I also need a good storyline, not just cool effects. The acting in this movie seemed off, almost like they put in less effort to be believable. And I usually love Hayden Christensen. And I am seriously starting to get tired of Rachel Bilson playing Rachel Bilson. This girl simply can't act. But I guess she brings the whole cute and innocent face thing that directors just have to throw in there. *** SPOILER ALERT *** The concept of "jumping" was interesting, BUT how about explaining it more in the story... especially since they brought in the whole storyline with his mother being on the opposite side (will leave it at that) If you open a door, then walk into the room, or at least peak inside!!! And the overall story doesn't progress smoothly. There are major hiccups. It needed more flow, more tightening of the different elements. I would say wait for the video. I give it a 6/10 for the interesting concept of jumping alone, BUT it could and definitely should have been a much better movie.
