Haywire

I went into this film really excited, thinking it was going to be a female lead in the shoes of the Bourne movies. With a director like Soderbergh and actors like Douglas, Banderas, Fassbender (one of my favs), McGregor, and Paxton, you'd think you'd be walking into a fast-paced action flick with some "Ocean" flare and a "Bourne" attitude... Nope. Very, very poorly paced film. I've never seen such a dull action movie. Don't get me wrong, when there was action, it was great and very entertaining. Every other part was slow and seemingly useless to the purpose of the film (to entertain?) Gina Carano can fight, but man, she can't act. Best part of this film? The fight between Fassbender and Carano or possibly the very last line of the film, delivered by Banderas. Was it good? Well, at least it wasn't bad.
