This movie was supposed to be a sequel, but someone forgot to tell the Director and the writers. This movie played as though the first G. I. Joe movie never happened. Perhaps we were expected to also forget about all the characters and storyline from the cartoon plus any G. I. Joe comics we may have read. This film was more like a stand alone movie with lots of action, but not much substance. It was confusing at best. Easily forgotten.
