Fifty Shades of Grey

I LOVED THIS MOVIE! I enjoyed it so much that I'm going to see it again with another group of (girl)friends. There was a general consensus among my group of friends as to the awesomeness of the movie. My friends loved it, even the ones that hadn't read the book (though after seeing the movie, they wanted to purchase all three books) We went for the AVX experience and it was worth it because both the cinematography and the soundtrack were beautiful. Having read the book, I was worried that there was going to be a lot of "cheesiness" but they did away with most of that. I thought the story was very entertaining. There were lots of "ooohs" and "aaahs" (as well as some laughs - yes! There are truly some funny bits) in the theatre during the first half of the movie. During the second half, it was obvious that the viewers were really into the movie, taking it all in. The lead actors are gorgeous! I hope that they both reprise their roles for the sequels. I was really impressed with Dakota Johnson's acting performance. She had the character of Anna down pat! The sexy scenes... well, they were sexy! There was some nudity but it was all very tasteful and there was nothing overly graphic. The movie was fun and it gives viewers such a high. I can't wait for the sequels!
