The movie was funny but it got a little dark and intense in the last 1/2 hour. I definitely would not bring small children to see this movie.

Click here to show this comment. The movie started out funny and light hearted but it got a little more serious at the end. I would not say it is scary exactly but the mood sure changes from fun and light hearted to the end of the world is coming if the heros do not stop the food machine. It just becomes a more dark and serious movie in the last little bit. I probably overdid it to say that it was scary. It was more like it became not so fun anymore. I wouldn't worry about it. It is not going to frighten children like a horror movie would and there is not any sudden action which will make people scream or anything.
