This is not a story for those who look up to police and like to be shown the bright side of police work. It follows four cops, each dealing with their own problems and each choosing their own way of doing things. Each story is dark and none of the cops would be considered policeman of the year, but they all have reasons for choosing the path they take. It is definitely not a feel good movie. Given all that, it is a pretty good film, with a strong cast and shows the tough and dirty side of being a cop in Brooklyn.
